Andreas Adam of A.J. Adam is still in his early 30s, works full-time at the esteemed Heymann-Löwenstein, and has been for several vintages now producing wines under the A.J. Adam name from a small vineyard of Riesling vines in the Middle Mosel handed down from his grandfather. Lovely, off-dry and increasingly difficult to come by.
