La Bota de Fino #15 Sherry  LA BOTA DE FINO #15 SHERRY
Equipo Navazos selects sspecial casks from some of the most prestigious bodegas in the Sherry and Montilla regions for their ageing. Equipo Navazos sherries belong without any doubt among the greatest wines of the world.

For the #15, they selected some 20 casks from the 69 that form the oldest and deepest fino solera in the legendary cellars of Valdespino whose sherries still ferment under the flor, a veil of yeast that covers the sherry in the barrel. La Bota de Fino “Macharnudo Alto” is also a wine with a great sense of place as the barrels are refilled exclusively with musts from the Macharnudo Alto vineyard, a privileged terroir North of Jerez, in the heart of the mythical Pago Macharnudo.
