One of our favorite growers has roots in Ambonnay dating to the early 17th century. The Brut Tradition is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay and no oak is used, resulting in a full-bodied, pure mouthful of lemon cream, freshly baked sugar cookies and honey with lacy minerality to boot.
