Vermentino from two contrasting Sardinian sites—one bringing freshness, the other depth. Fermentation kicks off with a small skin-contact pied de cuve from early-picked grapes, then the rest flows slow and wild in steel. No selected yeasts, no shortcuts. A third rests in tonneaux for a few months to round it out. Think grapefruit peel, cracked white pepper, and a little leesy tension. Zippy and textured, with a salty finish that begs for seafood or just a good sunset.
