Agri Segretum Pottarello Todi Rosso 2020
Agri Segretum is a small organic estate in the hills north of Todi, founded in the late 2000s by Lorenzo de Monaco and Eileen Holland. They farm and harvest entirely by hand, focusing on native Umbrian varieties and low-intervention winemaking — native yeasts, no heavy machinery, and minimal additives. Pottarello is their more structured red from southwest-facing vineyards at around 300 meters elevation. Dark fruit, spice, and firm tannins keep everything tight and food-friendly.
