This wine is produced in very limited quantities due to the challenge of cultivating and sourcing the “true” variety, making it a rare find. It is a wine of finesse, lighter in body than the preceding whites, yet offering unique and captivating flavors that pair beautifully with Ligurian cuisine—especially fish dishes infused with herbs. The grapes come from two distinct vineyard plots: “Tenute di Trigoso” in the hills of Sestri Levante and “Verici” in the commune of Casarza Ligure. Bottled in the spring after harvest, it rarely has the opportunity to showcase its aging potential, as the small production is eagerly consumed within the year!
