Syrah from granitic terraces in Colombier-le-Vieux (Ardèche) is blended with old-vine Gamay grown on pierre bleue in Bully (Beaujolais). Whole-bunch fermentation keeps the aromatics high and the texture firm, while ageing in older 400–600L barrels preserves fruit purity. The Syrah shows black pepper and violet; the Gamay adds red fruit and mid-palate weight. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, fine tannin, and a clean, mineral line on the finish. A focused, lift-forward blend built for freshness rather than power.
