The fruit comes from a mid-70s vineyard planted by the Wait family, just up from the Fugazi block. The label? A nod to Taras’s late-night spray paint session on an old fermenter. Handpicked on a sunny March day, this clean, lush Grenache needed only minimal SO₂. With Fugazi’s usual fruit lost to poor set and mold, Amber turned to the Wait family’s vines for this special batch.
