Shy & self-effacing, talented & committed. David Croix is a winemaker’s winemaker. After years working for Camille Giroud, he finally went out on his own in 2016, having bought his own domaine in 2005. Using 20% whole cluster pressing, aging 16 months in barrels (mostly old) and eschewing fining and filtration, think of him as an updated classicist.
