It's not often that 'bargain' and 'Burgundy' go in the same sentence. Yet Guillaume is turning heads in Pommard, especially with the 2018 vintage, where the ripeness smoothed the tannins into a nice balance. The Cras is stellar in it’s length, so much mineral behind the fruit.
