Domaine Moreau-Naudet’s holdings in Forets consist of two parcels, just under 2 hectares, with vines aged between 25 and 60 years. Known for their non-traditional approach to Chablis, Moreau-Naudet, inspired by Raveneau and Dauvissat, produces wines that combine ripe concentration with vibrant minerality, deviating from the region’s typically lean, high-yield wines. They hand-harvest later, practice fully biodynamic farming, and allow nature to guide the winemaking process. The 2011 vintage was crafted by Stephane Moreau before his untimely passing in August 2016. His wife, Virginie Moreau-Naudet, has since carried on his vision with remarkable success, continuing to produce Chablis that honors his legacy
