With a focus on minimal intervention, their goblet-trained, dry-farmed vineyards are perched between 600-800m, where cool, shaded plots yield fresh, balanced grapes.

This is wine is bright, candied notes of tangerine and orange melon with a hint of sweet, nostalgic flavors like Lucozade. The palate is grippy, with white nuts, citrus, and balanced fresh acidity, finishing dry and clean.
