Jean-Michel Stephan is one of the Northern Rhône’s most respected voices in natural winemaking. Farming organically since 1991, he was among the first in Côte-Rôtie to vinify without sulfur or additives, relying only on native yeasts and old barrels to let Syrah speak clearly of its place. The 2024 Syrah shows that philosophy in its purest form: dark fruit, pepper, and lifted herbal notes carried by freshness and minerality.
