From the high-elevation vineyards of Bien de Altura in Gran Canaria, “El3mento” Tinto 2022 is a blend of Listán Negro and native varieties, grown on volcanic soils with dramatic elevation and steep slopes. Fermented with native yeasts and aged without heavy oak, it shows bright red and dark berry notes, a hint of spice and volcanic smoke, underpinned by fine tannins and vibrant acidity. Medium-bodied with character and lift — a bold island red with freshness and authenticity.
