Azienda Agricola Summer Wolff is a two-hectare estate in Monferrato, sharing a valley with her husband’s winery, Cascina Iuli. Growth is intentional and slow, shaped by years of working with vineyards rented from a respected local grower, Rosalba. This pure Baratuciat, just 3,000 bottles produced, comes from an eight-year-old vineyard. Fermented spontaneously in concrete with nine days on the skins, it shows citrus and lemon peel on the nose, a hint of tea, and a smooth, bright palate with gentle texture from the short maceration.
