Fifth-generation grower Nicolas Salomon works just under 5 hectares across 22 small plots in six villages, all farmed sustainably under HVE certification. The style is sharp, traditional, and low-intervention—whole-cluster pressing with a classic Coquard press, fermentation in stainless and old oak, no malolactic since 2012.

Histoire de Famille is a pure Meunier that speaks to the Salomon family’s long roots in the Marne (dating back to 1875). It’s brisk and structured, with firm fruit, a saline edge, and just the right texture. Brut dosage. Made for the table but works just as well to start the night.
