Julien Prélat’s Presle is made entirely from estate Chardonnay in the Vallée de la Marne. Produced from a single harvest, it shows the clarity and structure of the 2023 vintage without any reserve wine. Fermented in stainless steel and aged eight months on the lees before bottling, it then spends two years resting en tirage and is finished with a low Extra Brut dosage of three grams per liter. The wine is precise and mineral-driven, with a clean, focused finish.
