Inspired by the Mediterranean—where all three grapes show their most aromatic and sun-kissed sides—this wine is juicy, herbal, and full of dark fruit and spice. At first sip: crunchy, fresh, just plain delicious. Then it opens up, showing more depth, texture, and that unmistakable coastal energy. Chill it to 15°C and you’ll taste sun, wind, and salt. Yummy, but with substance.
