A 100% Pinot Meunier Champagne from the “Pierre de Bellevue” parcel, planted in 1947 on Sparnacian clay-limestone soils in Oeuilly. Naturally fermented in Burgundy barrels and aged without malolactic fermentation, it was bottled in 2007 and disgorged in June 2022 with no dosage. Golden yellow in color, it offers aromas of toasted almond croissant, nectarine, and white strawberry. The palate is full-bodied with a soft, creamy mousse and a touch of orange citrus on the long, juicy finish—perfect to enjoy now or over the next decade.
