Everything here is done by hand—1,500 hours per hectare kind of hand. This wine is their fresh take on tradition—vibrant yet refined. Pale garnet, with aromas of ripe cherries, plums, and dried herbs. The palate is all red berries, crushed stone, and a whisper of spice, unfolding into leather and tobacco. A bright streak of acidity keeps it crisp. Only 4,300 bottles.
