From our friend and talented winemaker Dan O’Brien, this Cab is a blend from three organically farmed vineyards in Sonoma. The backbone comes from Warm Springs Ranch in Glen Ellen and Waterman Vineyard in Eldridge—two late-ripening valley floor sites that bring richness and depth. A touch of Merlot from Pickberry Vineyard (on the cool, clay-rich slopes of Sonoma Mountain) adds brightness and a savory twist.
