Mas de Daumas Gassac Rosé Frizant 2023
A sparkling rosé that’s mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with just a touch of Petit Manseng. Made from younger vines at Daumas Gassac, the juice is drawn off early (bleeding the grapes) and fermented in closed tanks to keep all the natural bubbles. No second fermentation, no heavy manipulation — just a few months resting in stainless steel before bottling. Fresh, dry, and a little wild around the edges — like Cab with a lighter mood.
