30–45-year-old vines planted on mica schist at 500–600m in the Douro. A field blend across three subzones, made with a light hand: wild yeast, mostly used barrels, no battonage, one year on lees. Lean and focused, but not shy—green apple, lemon, bosc pear, a bit of white pepper, and a clean line of slate and stone. Quiet intensity.Think of it as the Douro’s version of village-level Burgundy. Structured, mineral, and quietly expressive.Great with roast chicken, seafood, or anything with a little heat.
