A blend of Sagrantino della Pianura & Trebbiano Spoletino, this dry red is light in both body and color. Cotidie denotes an everyday wine in Latin, and the estate uses winemaking techniques used back in antiquity. The grapes were destemmed, and co-fermented for 13 days, and the wine spent 147 days on the gross lees after racking. Pair with puls with a garum finish.
