Siro Pacenti’s top cuvée, made from 35–60-year-old Sangiovese vines across the estate’s northern (Pelagrilli) and southern (Piancornello) vineyards. The 2017 vintage, marked by heat and low yields, gave the wine extra density and grip. Fermented in steel and aged two years in French oak, it’s firm and polished with dark cherry, plum, and graphite notes, layered with tobacco and spice. A modern Brunello that balances concentration with clarity — structured, ageworthy, and precise.
