From a family estate in Rosenwiller, Alsace that’s been farmed since 1870, this Gewürztraminer is precise and quietly expressive. Théo Einhart, after working in Burgundy, returned in 2020 to take over from his father and begin bottling their own wines. The vineyards are certified organic, with biodynamic practices and low-intervention farming—no plowing, minimal mowing, and treatments made from local goat whey. A short cold maceration adds texture without heaviness, and élevage in stainless steel preserves clarity. Clean, focused, and true to place.
