From a windswept vineyard at 600 meters in San Casciano dei Bagni, Affacciatoio is Chardonnay with more in common with Chablis than anything riper. Pressed whole cluster, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in a mix of wood and steel before being bottled unfiltered. Textured but precise, with citrus peel, crushed stone, and a salty edge from the altitude. Limited production.
