With Bordeaux as his model, the Yakia Valley's Chris Camarda has been making rich but balanced Cabernet for 30 years. The Black Label, his top cuvee, is made from his Ciel du Cheval and Two Blondes vineyards. Emphasizing elegance over flamboyance, the wine is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and then aged primarily in neutral oak. 2,250 cases produced.
