Arnaud Baillot is a rising négociant in Burgundy based in Beaune. His project focuses on sourcing excellent terroirs and practicing minimal cellar intervention—organic farming, careful élevage, and clear expression. This 2023 Bourgogne Côte d’Or Rouge is his magnum format expression of that philosophy: bright red cherry and cranberry fruit, subtle spice, fine tannins, and a mineral line. Oak stays in the background so the core fruit remains fresh and alive. A smart Burgundy buy with depth and structure—particularly in the magnum scale.
