Join us for the third edition of our Art & Wine series on Friday, September 26th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, featuring Seaport-based artist Wendy White.

White’s paintings are infused with quasi-recognizable iconography, text, and logos, set against atmospheric grounds. Taking cues from American cultural history and the urban landscape, her fluorescent hues are brought to life with nontraditional materials and atomized paint.

Her work has been showcased worldwide, with solo exhibitions at Kaikai Kiki in Tokyo, Gaa Gallery in New York, and Shulamit Nazarian in Los Angeles. She has participated in major group shows, including Fútbol: The Beautiful Game at LACMA and The World’s Game at PAMM. White’s art has entered the public sphere through high-profile commissions, from a striking mobile at Chelsea Piers (Brooklyn, 2023) to outdoor works in Provence and sports arenas across the U.S. Her paintings are also part of leading collections, including the Detroit Institute of Arts, The High Museum, and RISD.
