Moving away from the rushed production of Beaujolais Nouveau, he chose to craft a wine with greater complexity and longevity. Using grapes from high-elevation, granite-rich soils, this Beaujolais-Villages is silky and seductive, with delicate notes of rose petals, red berries, and stones, balanced perfectly with tannin and acidity.
