I Clivi Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia 2018
Zesty Friulian white made from native Ribolla Gialla varietal. I Clivi practice natural but clean winemaking: the grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel and then fermented for 6 months on the lees. Lightly filtered with minimal sulphur. 1250 cases produced. Certified organic.
