Her 2021 Trocken Riesling might be the entry point, but it punches above its weight. It’s bone-dry, clean, and full of energy — think crisp apple, a touch of white flowers, and that classic whiff of petrol. The acidity is sharp and refreshing, giving it great lift. The vineyards have been certified organic since the 2021 vintage, and she started biodynamic work the year before. A great intro to a thoughtful grower doing things right.
