The top red cuvee from natural wine pioneer Paolo Bea is a blend of Sangiovese and Sagrantino, the varietal most closely associated with his beloved Umbria. Bea ages the wine a year in stainless steel tanks and then two years in large oak barrels and is released after an additional year of bottle-aging. The result is bold yet structured and emblematic of the place the winemaker's family has lived since 1500.
