A juicy, earthy light red with a lovely finish. You will want more. Planted to sandy clay soils, these old vines (58+ years old) are bush-trained and organic. The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts in stainless and cement tanks, and aged mostly in stainless with a small amount in old foudres for 3 monthsNuda & Crud. The wine was bottled unfined and lightly filtered with a drop of SO2. 91% Bobal, 9% Tempranillo Organic, Biodynamic, No sulfites added, Sustainable, and Vegan.
