Farming is organic, harvests are done by hand, and fermentation relies on native yeasts, with only a portion of the fruit destemmed. The wine spends a year in used oak barrels, gaining subtle shape without masking the fruit. The 2023 shows lifted red berries, supple texture, and the clean definition that marks the Côte de Beaune — a pure and honest expression from one of Chassagne’s most respected domaines.
